Facility Tour & an Introduction to Net-Zero plus Initiatives

The Net Zero Plus Electrical Training Institute is the largest net zero energy, commercial retrofit in the U.S. It is a national demonstration center for how net zero energy buildings should be designed, constructed, and operated. The NZP ETI’s unparalleled set of energy-efficiency design strategies and advanced energy technologies have reduced energy consumption more than 50% and produced 1.25 times more energy than the building consumes annually.
