Exhibit Hours

• Wednesday, May 13
  • 5:00 – 8:00 pm: Exhibitor Registration and Set-up
• Thursday, May 14
  • 7:00 – 9:00 am: Exhibitor Registration and Set-up
  • 9:30 am – 2:00 pm: Exhibits Open
    • 9:30 - 11:00 am: Scheduled Break with Exhibitors
    • 11:00 am - 12:00 pm: Lunch
    • 1:00 - 2:00 pm: Scheduled Break with Exhibitors
  • 2:00 - 4:00 pm: Exhibitor Tear-Down

Gold and Silver Corporate Members: Your primary contact received an email with a promo code to utilize the waived or discounted exhibit fee that is part of your annual sponsorship benefits. You must complete the sponsorship registration form to confirm a booth for your organization. Please note that space is limited and registration is required to confirm your attendance. If you have any questions, please reach out to admin@cshe.org and our team will be happy to help. Please note that your discounted or waived exhibit fee still contributes $3,000 toward your overall sponsorship spend to determine your sponsorship level. Your membership must be current as of the date of the conference to receive this benefit.

Cancellation Policy: Sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admin@cshe.org. Cancellations are effective on the date written notification is received by CSHE. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be given for cancellations received by April 1, 2026. Sponsors canceling after April 1, 2026, will be responsible for payment in full and may jeopardize the right to sponsor at future events.
