Determining Your Sponsorship Level

The CSHE Annual Institute offers a wide range of sponsorship and exhibit opportunities to help meet your organization's marketing goals. Your total spend of a la carte sponsorship and exhibit items determines your sponsorship level and associated benefits.

Please note that exhibit booths and golf sponsorships do contribute toward your total sponsorship spend. Golf foursomes, individual player tickets, additional exhibitor representative badges and attendee registrations do not contribute toward your sponsorship level.

*All exhibits include an 8'x8' booth, 6' skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket and ID sign.

Sponsorship registration is currently open to CSHE Gold and Silver Corporate Members. Sales will open to all affiliate organizations on March 13.

Additional Exhibitor Representatives: $475

Exhibiting organizations may purchase up to two additional representative passes at a discounted rate of $475; any additional representatives must register as conference attendees.

CSHE Corporate Members

Gold Corporate Members

Those with paid Gold CSHE Corporate Memberships receive a $3,000 discount on an exhibit booth at the Annual Institute. Gold Corporate Members receive early access to sponsorship registration, and a promo code is shared with your primary contact when sales open. Please note that sponsorship registration is still required to confirm your attendance and availability is limited. Your waived exhibit fee still contributes $3,000 toward your total sponsorship spend to determine your sponsorship level. Your membership must be current as of the date of the conference to receive this benefit and the benefit is based on availability.

Silver Corporate Members

Those with paid Silver CSHE Corporate Memberships receive a half price exhibit booth ($1,500) at the Annual Institute. Silver Corporate Members receive early access to sponsorship registration, and a promo code is shared with your primary contact when sales open to discount the exhibit fee. Please note that sponsorship registration is still required to confirm your attendance and availability is limited. Your discounted exhibit fee still contributes the full exhibit booth price ($3,000) toward your total sponsorship spend to determine your sponsorship level. Your membership must be current as of the date of the conference to receive this benefit and the benefit is based on availability.
