Willis McCullough - Director of Strategic Accounts, Unison Energy

Willis is currently the Director of Strategic Accounts at Unison Energy since 2012 and has over 50 CHP installations across the Country from California to New York. Willis has customers in healthcare, hospitality, distribution, grocery, and industrial markets. Willis has developed long-term relationships, initial concept design for customers, education for customers, and channel partners.

Prior to Unison Energy he was the Director of Strategic Account at SOL, Inc. Prior to SOL, Inc, he spent 14 years with UTC. Willis spent 5 years at UTC Power with 9 years at Carrier Corporation where he held multiple roles form Carrier Commercial Refrigeration/Carrier Commercial Systems Engineering Integration Manager to acting as the main conduit for the UTC Research Center and all the Carrier Companies to communicate and develop integrated platforms with sales and marketing strategy support. He acted as United Technologies Research Center liaison for Microturbine CHP beta testing and fuel Cell development. His last position was with the Power division at UTC Power. With UTC Power he relied on years of experience in power production, industrial production operations, and commercial systems design. In his position as the Vertical Markets Sales & Applications Manager responsible for designing and integrating UTC Power products into a combined heat and power offering with third party products. Earlier in his career Willis held multiple positions at industrial process plant, nuclear power plants, and Industrial equipment sales. Willis is a US Navy Nuclear Fleet Veteran and served as Engineering Supervisor on multiple nuclear-powered submarines.
