The CSHE San Diego Chapter Planning Meeting sets the stage by connecting Healthcare Facilities and Engineering membership to educational programs aligning with continuing education credit objectives. Our goal at this meeting is to discuss Reducing Operational Costs by Optimizing Air Filter.

Periodic Testing of Smoke Control Systems - AHJ Requirements

The City of San Diego has always required building owners to maintain and periodically test each building's fire protection systems as required by the building and fire codes. Until recently, there was no procedure to enforce and verify that smoke control testing and maintenance for existing systems were being performed. The San Diego Fire-Rescue Department will be releasing Smoke Control Periodic Testing – Standard Number C-2, which will be effective January 1, 2025. Testing will be documented through The Compliance Engine. CEC Eligible.

Food and Drinks will be provided. Vendors are welcome to bring raffles to be raffled to engineers.
