Facility Attendees

For CSHE Facility Members, or for those whose principal employment is directly related to hospital engineering and is employed by a healthcare facility or healthcare system.

Affiliate Attendees

For CSHE Affiliate Members, or for those who provide consultative or advisory services to healthcare facilities or individuals who market or provide products or equipment to healthcare facilities. This category could include architects, consulting engineers, independent consultants, inspectors of record, construction managers and employees of state agencies such as OSHPD, the Fire Marshal’s Office and OSHA, as well as distributors and original-equipment. Please note that an affiliate attendee registration is NOT an exhibitor registration.

Cancellations

A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before April 15, 2026. No refunds will be granted after April 15, 2026. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to admin@cshe.org. No cancellations will be taken by phone.

Registrants who do not attend the conference and/or do not contact CSHE via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.

Substitutions

If you register and cannot attend, substitutions are encouraged. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to admin@cshe.org. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
