All tickets include dinner. If you wish to participate in the casino games, please purchase a ticket with chips buy in.

Cancellation Policy

A refund will be given for written request received on or before August 8, 2024. No refund will be issued beginning August 9, 2024. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to admin@cshe.org. No cancellations will be taken by phone.

A $45 non-refundable processing fee will be charged. Cancellations and non-attending registrants after August 8, 2024 will be responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions are encouraged.
