Please join the CSHE San Diego Chapter for the annual Robert Mack Softball Tournament!

Team Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) hospital engineers
• Remaining players must be direct relatives or company employees
• No outside players permitted
• Organizers reserve the right to verify eligibility

Team Roster, Player & Participation Requirements

• Full roster due one (1) week prior to tournament
• Every player must sign a Player Waiver
• Players without waivers cannot participate
• Sponsor is responsible for fielding their team
• Organizers will not build or complete team rosters

Equipment & Uniforms

• Jerseys are not included
• Teams may create their own jerseys at their own cost
• Organizers will provide bats and balls
• Players must bring their own gloves

Payment Terms

• Sponsorship not confirmed until payment received
• No advertising until paid in full
• First come, first served based on payment

Cancellation Policy

All sponsorships are nonrefundable unless the event is cancelled.

Non-Member Attendance Policy

Non-CSHE members are welcome to attend one complimentary chapter meeting. Non-members who have already attended one chapter meeting will be unable to register for any additional chapter meetings until they have become a member. Please visit our website for an online membership application.
