***Sponsorships do not include a company representative onsite: Golf Cart Sponsor, Longest Drive Sponsor, Closest to the Pin Sponsor, and Tee Sponsors. To have a company representative attend, please purchase a golf foursome or individual golfer ticket.

Cancellation Policy

A refund will be given for written request received on or before September 20, 2024. A 50% refund will be issued for written request received between September 21 – 26, 2024. No refund will be issued beginning September 27, 2024. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to admin@cshe.org. No cancellations will be taken by phone.

A $45 non-refundable processing fee will be charged. Cancellations and non-attending registrants after September 27, 2024 will be responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions are encouraged.
