CSHE Annual Institute sponsor/exhibitor registration is now closed.

We hope you’ll join us in Monterey for this year’s Annual Institute, featuring three days of networking and education with CSHE members and healthcare facility engineering professionals from across the state.

Exhibit Hours:
Wednesday, May 8
3:00 – 5:00 pm: Exhibitor Registration and Set-up

Thursday, May 9
7:00 – 9:00 am: Exhibitor Registration and Set-up
9:30 am – 2:00 pm: Exhibits Open
    9:30 - 11:00 am: Scheduled Break with Exhibitors
    11:00 am - 12:00 pm: Lunch in Exhibit Hall
    1:00 - 2:00 pm: Scheduled Break with Exhibitors
2:00 - 4:00 pm: Exhibitor Tear-Down

Gold and Silver Annual Sponsors: Your primary contact received an email with a promo code to utilize the waived or discounted exhibit fee that is part of your annual sponsorship benefits. If you have any questions, please reach out to admin@cshe.org and our team will be happy to help. Please note that your discounted or waived exhibit fee still contributes $3,000 toward your overall sponsorship spend to determine your sponsorship level.

Cancellation Policy
Sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admin@cshe.org. Cancellations are effective on the date written notification is received by CSHE. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be given for cancellations received by March 27, 2024. Sponsors canceling after March 27, 2024, will be responsible for payment in full and may jeopardize the right to sponsor at future events.
