As the oldest golf course in continuous operation west of the Mississippi, this hidden gem of Pebble Beach Resorts has challenged professionals and amateurs alike for more than a century. Del Monte is a landmark course that has played an instrumental role in popularizing golf out West since its inception in 1897.

Tournament Fees

Golf Swag Contributions

Dress Code and Course Rules
  • Guests are asked to wear a golf shirt and equivalent outerwear. Both shorts and pants are welcome, so long as they are not denim, cargo, or sweats.
    • The average high temperatures at Pebble Beach range from 58-70 degrees Fahrenheit year-round, but can vary throughout the day. Mornings can be foggy; afternoons are often warmer. It is best to dress in layers and carry a water-resistant wind shirt or jacket.
  • Only two riders and two bags per golf cart. All participants must drive prudently as course conditions allow.
  • Participants are to keep up with the group in front of them.
Golf Tournament Terms & Conditions

In consideration of being permitted to enter and play in the California Society for Healthcare Engineering, Inc. (CSHE) Annual Institute Golf Tournament, all registered players hereby release and discharge the California Society for Healthcare Engineering, Inc. and their officers, agents and employees, of and from any and all manner of claims for injuries or losses, arising out of, or in connection with, the 2024 CSHE Annual Institute Golf Tournament. Participants in the golf tournament are exclusively responsible for their own health condition, skill level, weather risks and risks caused by other players and the conditions of the golf carts and playing grounds and should retire or not play if they see or believe there are any risks.

Cancellations

Golf sponsorships are subject to the conference sponsorship cancellation policy. Sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admin@cshe.org. Cancellations are effective on the date written notification is received by CSHE. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be given for cancellations received by March 27, 2024. Sponsors canceling after March 27, 2024 will be responsible for payment in full and may jeopardize the right to sponsor at future events.

For foursomes and individual player registrations, a refund will be given for written requests received on or before April 10, 2024. No refunds will be granted after April 10, 2024. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to admin@cshe.org.

Golf tournament cancellations due to severe weather will be the judgment call of the CSHE golf tournament committee and country club staff. No refunds due to weather will be given.

*Please note that golf sponsorships contribute toward your sponsorship level. Golf foursomes and individual player tickets do not.
