Determining Your Sponsorship Level
The CSHE Annual Institute offers a wide range of sponsorship and exhibit opportunities to help meet your organization's marketing goals. Your total spend of a la carte sponsorship and exhibit items determines your sponsorship level and associated benefits.

Please note that exhibit booths and golf sponsorships do contribute toward your total sponsorship spend. Golf foursomes, individual player tickets, additional exhibitor representative badges and attendee registrations do not contribute toward your sponsorship level.

CSHE Gold and Silver Annual Sponsors: Your primary contact received an email with a promo code to utilize the waived or discounted exhibit fee that is part of your annual sponsorship benefits. If you have any questions, please reach out to admin@cshe.org and our team will be happy to help. Please note that your discounted or waived exhibit fee still contributes $3,000 toward your overall sponsorship spend to determine your sponsorship level.

*All exhibits include an 8'x10' booth, 6' skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket and ID sign.

Sponsor Opportunities Become a Sponsor Sponsor Terms & Conditions

Additional Exhibitor Representatives: $450

Exhibiting organizations may purchase up to two additional representative passes at a discounted rate of $450; any additional representatives must register as conference attendees.

Gold Annual Sponsors

Those with paid Gold CSHE Annual Sponsorships receive a complimentary exhibit booth at the Annual Institute. A promo code will be shared to waive the exhibit fee. Please note that sponsorship registration is still required to confirm your attendance and availability is limited. Gold sponsors will receive early access to sponsorship registration. Your waived exhibit fee still contributes $3,000 toward your total sponsorship spend to determine your sponsorship level.

Silver Annual Sponsors

Those with paid Silver CSHE Annual Sponsorships receive a half price exhibit booth ($1,500) at the Annual Institute. A promo code will be shared to discount the exhibit fee. Please note that sponsorship registration is still required to confirm your attendance and availability is limited. Silver sponsors will receive early access to sponsorship registration. Your discounted exhibit fee still contributes the full exhibit booth price ($3,000) toward your total sponsorship spend to determine your sponsorship level.
