Thank you for your consideration of the Northern and Southern California Seminars sponsorships! The 2024 seminars offer a unique opportunity to showcase your organization regionally or statewide and contribute to a scholarship program that allows for 100+ hospital facility engineers the opportunity to achieve the MECH or Senior MECH certification at no certification cost.

Statewide Sponsorship Opportunity

MECH and Senior MECH Review Course Sponsorship - $3500 (7 Available/ 3 SOLD)

This Sponsorship contributes to the scholarship program that allows for 100+ hospital facility engineers the opportunity to achieve the MECH certification at no certification cost in both Northern and Southern California. Each sponsor will be featured during one of the review course topics (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general maintenance, boiler, safety, and carpentry) and will be featured during 3 events: Virtual Prep Course, Northern California Seminar and Southern California Seminar.

• 3 complimentary registrations for both NoCal and SoCal Seminars (6 total) for your organization representatives (includes breakfast and lunch)
• Full Day Tabletop exhibit and exclusive access to the afternoon attendees

Must be a contributor or sponsor to purchase

• Company Logo featured on pen, pencils, highlighters, and other study material provided for all attendees of both the Northern and Southern Conference

Cancellation Policy

Sponsorships

All Cancellations must be emailed to admin@cshe.org. A full refund will be issued to cancellations that are received in writing prior to September 20, 2024. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received in writing between September 21-26, 2024. No cancellations will be accepted beginning September 27, 2024. A $45 non-refundable processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
No cancellations will be taken by phone. Cancellations and non-attending sponsors after September 27th will be responsible for the full sponsorship fee.
