Play on an 18-hole championship course designed by William Francis Bell in 1963. Fresh and current, the Resort Course holds the unique distinction of hosting both PGA and LPGA events and boasts well-maintained features and modern amenities in keeping with its celebrated heritage.

To add to the fun, this year's tournament has a theme: Superhero Scramble! Come as you are, or don a costume and cape as you swing your way through the course.

Tournament Fees

includes green fees, shared cart, lunch voucher, access to practice range and putting green.

  • As Rancho Bernardo has a limited numbers of sets onsite, to help plan accordingly, please complete this brief request form if you plan to rent clubs from the course.
Dress Code and Course Rules
  • Appropriate golf attire is required, e.g., shirts with collars and appropriate shorts, pants or skirts (no cut-offs, gym shorts, tank tops or blue jeans). Non-metal spiked shoes are required. Rancho Bernardo Inn reserves the right to deny playing privileges to any player who violates the rules and policies of Rancho Bernardo Inn when on site before, during or after play. Only two riders and two bags per golf cart. All participants must drive prudently as course conditions allow.
  • For your enjoyment and as a courtesy to other tournament participants, please play without delay.

Golf Tournament Terms & Conditions

In consideration of being permitted to enter and play in the California Society for Healthcare Engineering, Inc. (CSHE) Annual Institute Golf Tournament, all registered players hereby release and discharge the California Society for Healthcare Engineering, Inc. and their officers, agents and employees, of and from any and all manner of claims for injuries or losses, arising out of, or in connection with, the 2025 CSHE Annual Institute Golf Tournament. Participants in the golf tournament are exclusively responsible for their own health condition, skill level, weather risks and risks caused by other players and the conditions of the golf carts and playing grounds and should retire or not play if they see or believe there are any risks.

Cancellations

Golf sponsorships are subject to the conference sponsorship cancellation policy. Sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admin@cshe.org. Cancellations are effective on the date written notification is received by CSHE. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be given for cancellations received by April 2, 2025. Sponsors canceling after April 2, 2025 will be responsible for payment in full and may jeopardize the right to sponsor at future events.

For foursomes and individual player registrations, a refund will be given for written requests received on or before April 16, 2025. No refunds will be granted after April 16, 2025. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to admin@cshe.org.

Golf tournament cancellations due to severe weather will be the judgment call of the CSHE golf tournament committee and country club staff. No refunds due to weather will be given.
