Cancellation Policy
Golf sponsorships are subject to the conference sponsorship cancellation policy. Sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admin@cshe.org. Cancellations are effective on the date written notification is received by CSHE. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be given for cancellations received by April 2, 2025. Sponsors canceling after April 2 will be responsible for payment in full and may jeopardize the right to sponsor at future events.

For foursomes and individual player registrations, a refund will be given for written requests received on or before April 16, 2025. No refunds will be granted after April 16, 2025. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to admin@cshe.org.

Golf tournament cancellations due to severe weather will be the judgment call of the CSHE golf tournament committee and country club staff. No refunds due to weather will be given.
