Cancellation Policy

A refund will be given for written request received on or before October 8, 2025. No refund will be issued beginning October 9, 2025. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to admin@cshe.org. No cancellations will be taken by phone.

A $45 non-refundable processing fee will be charged. Cancellations and non-attending registrants after October 8, 2025 will be responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions are encouraged.
