In consideration of being permitted to enter and play in the California Society for Healthcare Engineering, Inc. (CSHE) Annual Institute Golf Tournament, all registered players hereby release and discharge the California Society for Healthcare Engineering,
Inc. and their officers, agents and employees, of and from any and all manner of claims for injuries or losses, arising out of, or in connection with, the 2026 CSHE Annual Institute Golf Tournament. Participants in the golf tournament are exclusively
responsible for their own health condition, skill level, weather risks and risks caused by other players and the conditions of the golf carts and playing grounds and should retire or not play if they see or believe there are any risks.
Cancellation Policy
Golf sponsorships are subject to the conference sponsorship cancellation policy. Sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admin@cshe.org. Cancellations are effective on the date written
notification is received by CSHE. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be given for cancellations received by April 1, 2026. Sponsors canceling after April 1 will be responsible for payment in full and may jeopardize the right to sponsor at future events.
For foursomes and individual player registrations, a refund will be given for written requests received on or before April 15, 2026. No refunds will be granted after April 15, 2026. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original
registrant to admin@cshe.org.
Golf tournament cancellations due to severe weather will be the judgment call of the CSHE golf tournament committee and country club staff. No refunds due to weather will be given.
